"Thoroughness and competency. My local vet experienced a heart block with our Westie during her teeth cleaning. I wanted to understand the impact on her health in the future and requested a referral to the cardiology department of FMVESC. My experience with cardiology did not disappoint. I later decided that having the FMVESC dental practice handle the extractions would be wise. The consult appointment with Dr. Johnson, Tech Kaitlin Lilie, and other staff was informative and thorough. I was certain the staff would be the best option. I was right. Our Westie went through seven extractions with flying colors. She recovered quickly and did not suffer the side effects we experienced through her teeth cleanings at another Vet. I want to commend Dr. Johnson and all of the others I met during our visits, but unfortunately, did not think to make note of the names."
